Had two telephone interviews, I followed up with the person who first interviewed with 2 emails and a voicemail and heard nothing back. After 2 interviews I expect to hear at least an email saying they aren't looking to take my application further. I put a lot of effort into making time whilst away to facilitate both these interviews and extremely disappointed with how my application was handled.
