The hiring fair consists of several interviews which may be all on the same day or over multiple days. Sit down with a manager one on one. The manager calls you back if you have been successful with your application.

Question 1
Biggest strengths and weaknesses. Where you see yourself in 5 years time.
Sat down and asked some questions from a sheet of paper. You talk to a few different managers. If you don’t talk to Ray, it’s unlikely you got the job.
They are very calm and relaxed during the interview process. Just be kind and personable. It is not always about experience, a lot of it depends on how well you can get along with the staff.

It is a very simple and smooth interview process. I had 3 interviews and received an offer after 2 days. They like people who are upbeat and can work well with others. They hire off of vibe!
