I came to in-person for an interview (I didn't know if there is an opening/not) and I was asked to fill in a form and wait for the branch manager. After about 20 minutes, the interview started. The manager was very welcoming and professional. The questions asked is mostly typical behavioural questions. The manager lastly mentioned that the employment was thin due to the pandemic.

Did 2 interviews, one video and one in person, recieved an email 4/5 days later to proceed to the second interview however I have 7 years experience and clearly wasn’t enough lol

What advice would you give someone who just started the hospitality industry? What aspirations or skills do u have that make you stand out?
3 interviews and got the job. Very selective and care about looks. Usually very standard and will hire without experience as well. Overall took a whole but it’s a fun place to work at.

Online, brief: They put out online ads for jobs, so you can imagine how much turnover they get. There will always be more people to hire and fire. Ran about 15 minutes over an online video call.
