Interview
In person interview with some behavioral and situational questions. Started out with an assistant manager for about 15 minutes, then continued with the general manager for about 30 minutes. They were pretty forward from the beginning on whether or not they liked me. At the end of the interview they gave me information on training dates and locations.
They have a weird process where you go through many levels of interviews and I feel like they just hire you if you’re hot so idk if I would really recommend that atmosphere

There was a video interview then a in-store interview where you met the hiring manager and they asked you a series of questions related to your experience and who you are.
Very formal, standard questions like why the company should have you, describe a difficult time you overcame. Interview was scripted and done by a manager, followed by a general manager.
