Ask you a few questions about yourself and why cactus and then have you interview with more than one manager if they like you. The management just wanted to know you can have conversations very easily with people and make it feel more like a conversation than an interview m.

The interview was online, and no interviewer was present, just questions on a screen and you're provided a short period of time to think of your answer and you don't get to redo your take even if you stumble.
