It was a video interview where with 5 questions. The questions were straightforward and gave you an opportunity to show your critical thinking, personality, and experience. Overall, the most important part is staying calm and not overthinking the answers.

I wanted to apply for a bartender job but was told I would have to start as a server first. I walked in during their drop-in time as per the website/twitter indicated. I had 2 interviews back to back with 1 assistant manager and another manager. I was told my resume would be passed on to their General Manager. I got their business cards and sent an email after the interview to thank them and even followed up with the General Manager by email to ensure he got my resume. I never heard back from the General Manager. The 2 interviews were easy, they lasted about 4-5 minutes each, it was more about my experience, what I had listed my in my resume and why I wanted to work there. They also asked me what I liked about Cactus Club and if I had been there before.
