it took a while to actually get the position, but they were very friendly, and accommodating. Even though the first position didn't work out, they emailed me back to come in for another interview at a different location. By the end of the three hoops i jumped, i got the job, and really looking forward to it!
It was a rushed 1-2 minute interview, there is no chance to describe yourself and tell why do you want to join the team. The person who conducted the interview was clearly in a hurry and showed no interest in the candidate. It was as if he was doing it just to check a box, not to listen to the candidate.

Relatively easy process. I had a video interview and did not hear back. The questions were not too hard to answer, about 10 in all. You'll need a quiet room with good lighting.

What is a difficult experience you've had at work and how did you handle it?
Very simple, standard questions were asked. As long as you do some research on the company's core values, you'll be good. Definitely dress the part as they would like to see how you would dress normally. Basically act as you would if you were to be working at the front of house position.
