If you are selected for an interview, multiple people will interview you. After your interview, depending on situation, you may need to complete a number of online courses, and afterwards you will be able to work.

I applied in-person. I brought my resume, then I filled up the application form, and I was seated for around 15 minutes. I got 3 interviews in a row, with 3 different people; the last one was with the Senior Sous Chef. During the interview, they offered water and coffee twice.
