The interview process consisted of going into the location and introducing myself. The next step was to proceed with filling out an application and having an initial interview with one of the members of management that was currently present at the time. After the first interview I was asked to attend another interview 2 days later with another member of management. This member of management was pretentious, judgmental and about 5 minutes into the second interview had emotionally closed off towards myself and finished the interview with a statement in a very negative tone: "Well as you know it's very competitive and if you don't receive a call by the end of the day then you can assume that we have moved forward with other candidates and that you have not received the position". After 2 weeks I called back to talk with the manager that I had my first interview with to follow up and request another interview because I felt that I had not received proper treatment in my second interview. I was then given the response: "Well since (Name) didn't give you a call then that meant that we decided to move forward with another candidate" I then replied: "Well (Name) didn't give me a proper interview because they closed off 5 minutes into the interview and the interview was cut short so therefore I don't think that I was given proper consideration" The member of management then replied: "Well after this conversation on the phone with you I think it's safe to say that you don't carry the appropriate personality traits that we consider appropriate to be a member of our team, have a good day." I was then hung up on. Save yourself some trouble. This place may not be for everyone. Their recruitment process is not thorough and they missed out on a great potential employee.
