Interview process was not robust, the person taking interview was more like interested in asking why you want to leave your company in short span rather than understanding why i want to join. He was more worried about my resume. Have sent 3 follow-up emails to HR but all in vain, HR didn’t bother to provide feedback and they expect candidate to be a Perfect match, please work on your internal checks first.
