I was contacted by the VP of the company to schedule the interview and met with the Director of the facility for an in person interview at the facility. We sat in the dining area which was empty and I was asked many clinical and specific scenario questions. I was also told about the culture at the company and what to expect by way of supervision and diagnoses of patients.
