Applied online and recv'd a phone screening within a week of applying, went on to a 1:1 interview, that led to a group panel interview, where you interview someone else and present it to the panel, there were group activates etc where they observed how you interacted with others and if you were friendly & sociable. If you passed that you schedule a hair drug test & background check, this took a few weeks (2-3 for results) but by this point I believe they had already made a decision if they were going to hire you. Then a final 1:1 with the head honcho of the department you would be working for. Make sure you wear an ungodly amount of make up, they want to see how you would look while out on the floor. Once you put your makeup on, add another layer on or ask a drag queen for some advice.
