I applied on their career website. Two weeks later I received an email from HR asked me to have an interview with five accounting managers at same time. Interview only took about 30 minutes. On the same day after two hours from interview, I received a phone call from one of the hiring manager and he said all of them are really like me and asked me if I want to take the offer. Right now they are still working on my background check, it's already been 4 days, not sure how long it will take.

In person interview with multiple managers at once, behavioral questions and then a couple very basic accounting quiz questions about simple journal entries. Everyone was very nice. One question was about whether an entry would hypothetically be a debt or a credit.
