The interview was absolutely intimidating, it felt very rehearsed with questions that don't offer you the option to seem different. Straight forward and quick. They should be more willing to get to know their interviewees on a more interpersonal level and get to know who they are in person all the questions could also be answered online and it didn't seem beneficial to either party.
