I interviewed for a senior account position at the Santa Monica satellite office. The interview process went smoothly, and the interviewers were quite personable. The questions were reasonable and not over the top in terms of difficulty.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy; it took me a couple of months to get the job. However, at the end I was able to get in. Vegas doesn't have much corporate level talent and therefore the big casinos have no problem recruiting from out of state. This worked to my advantage I was looking to move from Ohio to be in the West Coast.

Interview
The first step was a phone interview with a member of senior management. If you move on in the process, then they bring you in for face to face interview. For my position, the first 90 minutes of the interview was spent completing tests, then the remainder of the time was spent interviewing with several members of senior management.
