Interview
Group Interview with a group number of around 50 potential employees for multiple positions within the casino. We were asked a series of questions and were required to stand up in front of the entire group to give your answer. The employer representatives then eliminated potential candidates and broke us down into smaller groups based on desired positions and departments. The smaller groups interviewed with department representatives and were then offered positions. That same day we were sent to meet with Human Resources representatives for paperwork. We then had to meet with representatives from the Ohio Lottery Commission to complete applications and photos for our gaming license. It was a lengthy process lasing for 5-6 hours.
