Group interviews with around 20 people. Each person was given a question and infinite amount of time. Not too strict on how much time but people tended to talk for way too long. It was obvious the executives wanted to get out of their.

Group of around 30 applicants sitting in front of management answering 3 questions down the line. It was unique because I’ve never had a group interview like that. You have to be comfortable speaking in front of a large amount of people.
