Very in depth and thorough. Focussed on applicant's strengths and where they can be best suited in the company. Questions were poignant and relevant and demanded that you can react quickly for responses.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I was asked about my experience, asked to give examples of difficult situations I've handled, and "what if..." situations. The interviewers asked though out questions dealing with my resume and the job. I asked specific questions regarding the position at the end.
