Question 1
Tell me about your background? Why are you a good fit?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment
Interview
Mediocre and unprofessional. The interviewers were adamant that they were in dire need of someone to fill the position but dragged their feet on the whole process and lacked any professional correspondence. If you're going to bother interviewing someone at least have the courtesy and decency to tell them whether or not they got the position.

Question 1
Basic behavioral questions about my long terms goals and if I would be a good fit for the position. I was interviewed by two people and they played the typical good cop bad cop routine.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2012
Interview
HR screens the applications, but requires buzz words for your resume to reach them. Usually HR person has limited experience in the position they are screening for, but they are mostly looking for culture fit, which is fine. The actual analyst interview goes through a phone screen by an individual with experience and then you go through a gauntlet of some of the smartest and well rounded individuals I've seen at any company. I was impressed.

Question 1
How would you determine the number of parking spaces a brand new casino/resort should have? Sounds like an easy question, yet no matter how many variables I brought up, the interviewer asked what else.
