I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Des Plaines, IL) in Apr 2011
Interview
Called in for a group interview. About eight candidates were seated around the room, with the VP of table games and a secretary. The head of table games asked only three questions and each person took a turn answering. The first was what familiarity do you have with Table Touch (a software platform used for tracking and rating table play for customer reward programs.) The second was to describe a great customer service interaction you once had. The third was if you were an animal, what would you be? Act it out. This last question became very awkward, very quickly. Most of the people in the room, myself included, were casino supervisors and managers with many years of experience, and very few seemed inclined to be comedy performers. The interviewer seemed to only ask the question for his own entertainment, and was very condescending throughout the process. I decided to decline the offer they made primarily because of how I was treated during the interview.

It starts off with a panel interview. They can make you sing and dance or tell a story. Then they eliminate some people. Then there is a math test. Then they eliminate more people. Then there is a 1 on 1 interview. They are looking for upbeat and positive.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2013

EASY because they are so desperate and the turnover is outrageous at the Supervisor position, people walk in off the street. They want a robot, not a human being. Three old men in a room asking you where you are from and tell you that you need to get ready to work because that is all you will do.
