Interview
When a recruiter is excited about your potential to fill the position, they provide a lot of insight on how to land the job. The interview process itself is average. The background check is probably the most frustrating piece because it is done by a third-party that does not seem to know what they were doing (e.g. calling past employers who you specified not to be contacted).
