Very unprofessional! I received a call to set up an interview. On the interview day, the recruiter stood me up and completely ignored my calls/emails. Later, the same recruiter reached out to me again and was quick to not take any fault and blamed me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CalOptima (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
They called twice and had me come in for two interviews. The first call was exploratory and the second call had a ballpark salary figure and several questions. Neither lasted more than 15 minutes. They emailed their benefits after the second phone call and had me come in for my first interview. Questions were what you would expect, but they threw in a curve ball asking how many tennis balls would fit in my car's trunk. Second interview was with a department head and asked a couple more questions. Both interviews lasted between 35 and 50 minutes.
