I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Calendly in Nov 2022

Multiple rounds of back to back interviews with various people who might be peers & managers to the role. The interviewers who weren't managers seemed like they didn't really know what they were doing, & in the end it ended up feeling like a waste of time to talk to them because they seemed to ask some of the same canned questions as the other peer/manager interviews, and they provided vague responses to questions I asked them

Very standard interview questions, "tell me about a decision you regret." It was mostly behavioral interview questions and not anything about the actual position. In the 1st interview, I got gathered zero information on what the job entailed and didn't move forward.
