Interview
First you go in to take a simple test. Math portion, writing portion then you do a fake intake phone conversation as if you were talking to a claimant. After you go in for the interview, and it takes no more than 20 minutes. It was really easy, very general questions about customer service, how you would handle situations, how you do with organization. I can't recall the specific questions, but as long as you have some experience in knowing how to speak to people and can pick up things quickly on the computer it'll be easy.
