The interview was held at the corporate office. Four managers interviewed me, two at a time. Though they were quite pleasant, the team style interview was a little unnerving and gave me the feeling of being outnumbered. The questions were typical interview questions at first and then they began to tell me about the job in a lot of detail.

Very long & detailed process: State application; Narrative of work experience; written & timed test; panel interview to get ranked on a promotional list; another timed test; another panel interview; another written narrative; second phone interview. - Prepare by practicing behavioral interview questions & answers. Dress professionally; have extra copies of your resume & transcripts; answer the questions completely; on panel interviews, look each interviewer in the eye - not just the one asking the question; be positive. SMILE. Do your research about the organization, the job duties, current events relating to the job, the company culture, etc. Talk to people in the industry ahead of time. Ask them what their challenges are. The tell them how you can help make their job easier. Tell them what you can do for them / the company! Ask for the job!
