First interview was standard zoom video call. I didn’t think I did well during the initial call, but I was happy to hear them invite me to come in person to do a mock tour. The mock tour went great from my perspective and was told I was going to hear back after about two weeks on a decision. About a month later I was verbally offered to start that same week. Although the position was advertised as full-time, I was offered part-time (12 hours/week) until they decided they wanted me to be full-time (timeline for this was ambiguous). Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after the verbal offer even after following up one more time. The whole experience was very strange and off-putting.
