When I applied the title was advertised as Training Specialist but every few days when I opened my bookmark, the title had changed. If it had just been once or twice I could understand they are just trying to market to a broader audience. But technical writer and benefits coordinator had nothing to do with the job description. It was comical. Had an unscheduled phone interview...she just called and wanted to talk that moment, even after I explained I was at my childs school. Face to face interview with hiring manager (and potential boss) who took more notes about tools and resources I'd used rather than about me. Why hire me, I just gave them all my juicy trade secrets... Then he went on a rant about defining company culture and what it mean to him (not me). His office was covered with books like "who moved my cheese", "the four obsessions...." and more.
