Process was fine, for a company located in a HCOL area their salaries seem to be far below industry norms. I chose to withdraw my application due to this reason and did not move forward with the interview process.
I had a phone interview with a recruiter. They called over 10 minutes late and acted like I was wasting their time when we spoke. The recruiter was not prepared for the interview, asked questions that were not relevant, and did not take the time to look at my resume.
