The recruiter reached out right away and scheduled a phone interview with me for the next morning. I then went on to have 3 additional interviews with employees at Callaway including the Program Manager, the current Project Commercialization Coordinator, and the Project Manager. All the interviews went really well and I was told in the 4th interview that I'd hear from someone shortly, three weeks have now passed and I just reached out for an update.

Interview
I went through three rounds of the interview process. Everyone was very nice but I unfortunately didn't get the job. They read off a list of interview questions and tend to talk at you instead of wanting to hear your experience or connect with you. After the second interview I was invited on site for the third only for them to say that they would be conducting it online instead. I met with the hiring manager and person in the current role. I thought everything went great and I was very much qualified for the role. The one thing that was extremely frustrating was that the girl I interviewed with said "Sorry I have another interview after this that I have to push". I feel like they should not be disclosing that information as it is rude in my eyes.
