Applied online, received standard rejection email quickly afterwards, two weeks later, after I’ve been video interviewed with another corporation, received email asking for my availability for same job I applied (which didn’t appear on their corporate website nor posted on Indeed – it’s illegal to do). Video interview with two people went fine. Top level employee said she’s teaching the other employee how to do her job on camera - super rude. Younger employee on same camera looked absolutely miserable. There were mentions about a second round with team but it never happened. I asked a 401k question. The 15-year top employee (2 stints) didn’t have a clue about the vesting period, a very simple question. I asked the same question via email which was ignore, followed with literally a racist sentence about me in the same email response. Not surprise here after reading about their reviews pointing out the internal racist and sexist atmosphere at Callaway - they obviously want it to happen and are naturals at it. The highest level person in that department naturally sends a racist sentence in her response. You fit the bill for Callaway.
