a) Theyinvited me for an interview for a designer position which i am not. I provided techincal examples when i first contacted them and on that basis you should have not invited me for interview in the 1st place.
b) When i went for the interview, it was clear that the Vice President had not seen my cv. The interview lasted a mere 5 minutes as it was fairly evident then that i was not right for the position. A substantial waste of everyone's time.
c) RTKL reply to me saying that my design skills are not strong enough and that my salary is too high and that i have come through an agency? I'm not a design Architect (Highly evident from the examples that i sent), i never mentioned salary and i never came through an agency.
All in all, bizarre, highly embarrassing, inefficient, clueless.

Barry was great. Easy to talk, he guides you in the process of interview. Asked questions about salary, software, etc.
It felt like talking with a friend.
At the end, he asked me to send him my CV and Portfolio.
