      Technical Writer Interview

      Mar 31, 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Callsign in Oct 2022

      Interview

The interview experience was very positive. The hiring process comprised a recruiter screening call, filling out a questionnaire, a written test including an assignment, sample review, and hiring manager interview. The written assignment and questionnaire were structured thoughtfully and they presented the right mix of challenging and interesting questions. The recruiters were very communicative throughout the process. They employed a very transparent approach and answered all of my questions enthusiastically.
