Wasn’t really an interview. Just gave a description of what daily task entails. Asked maybe about three questions. First impression of the CEO was kinda aggressive & rude, almost cocky. Wasted my time.

Question 1
What’s your GPA? How do you see yourself 5+ years from now?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Calpion (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2018
Interview
Phone screen and 2 interviews within a week. Thomas brought me in for what I thought was a final interview, but ended up just being a review of our first interview because he had forgotten my answers to his questions. When the interview was done he let me know I should expect to receive an update with their decision by Tuesday (interview was on a Friday). This was over 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard from anyone at Calpion to let me know I was not going to be offered the position. I sent a follow up email that went unanswered. They sent questionnaires to my references that took time for them to fill out, I had to leave work early twice for an interview, and I always responded to any of their email inquiries promptly. I felt they should have let me know either way and feel disappointed with Calpions interview process.
