Job was for a general laborer, assisting in snow removal and other constructive maintenance. Interview process was very unique given the situation as weather conditions were forcing the company to hire on the spot which is advantageous to myself and money others. Met with a human resources generalist and then the human resources director and both were very nice. Job posting was for a full-time 40 hour non-exempt position but at the interview they specified they wanted a few part-timers instead with a split shift availability.
Was offered a full-time position 2 days later but it was full-time temporary with no benefits.
