Interview
Called out to meet at the location twice and was called by them multiple times in the following weeks. Process was not hard but required a lot of one on one to make sure I was a good fit.
Discuss objective of project, experience required, went over resume to make sure there was a match in skills and experience required. Casual, chatted about lab's published papers and that was about it. Getting the interview itself was probably the most difficult part
