Engineering Student Assistant. Straight forward, asked about school experience, situational questions, and supervisor gave description of job and department. After interviews, supervisor will call you about the job offer, only thing that took a while was the process once you got the position (took about 2 months).

What projects you work in school and what was your involvement?
Simple, zoom interview took place with two people. Asked about previous work experience, relevant coursework, and what I am hoping to get out of the position. It was about 30 minutes long and they were very communicative after the process.
Panel of 3 people takes turns asking questions. The questions are also printed individually on paper and set in a binder so you can reference them. At the end you can go back and add to your answers as well if you missed anything
