Pretty Smooth. Interview Panel of 3. Asked 7 questions. Basic straight forward questions. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It is important to know the mission statement to add that to your interview.
It took about 3 weeks after sending my application packet. I had three panel interviewers who asked me questions related to my position that I applied for. They were very quiet and wrote down a lot of notes, so they didn't make very much eye contact and or give any feedback or reassuring nods.
