I submitted my resume and application. A week or so after the closing date, I was contacted by personnel and notified that i had been selected for an interview. We scheduled a date and time at the office and I was interviewed by my future boss, a colleague, some members of the board, and an outside interviewer. They asked me questions about my skills and experience. Overall it was easy.
