Quick for me, but that's not the case for all. I was hired within two weeks, however some people have waited months. Not sure why this is the case, but perhaps it was quicker for me because I was available in a specific time zone they needed and I'm TEFL certified, maybe that made a difference.

The interview process was pretty easy and painless you just had to record some demo lessons and submit them and wait for feedback. Then I heard back from them in a few days and was given an offer and accepted as a teacher for kids and adults.
