I was contacted by a few recruiters about the position. No phone interview prior to the interview at their Belle Plaine location. It was only 30 minute interview, and both team members were late to meet with me. Given the small amount of time they kept checking their phones. They also talked poorly about other team members. Overall I had a very bad impression of the company, and I felt like they didn't even care that I was in the room.
