I applied online. I interviewed at Cambria in Feb 2013
Interview
Position was listed through Linked in. Initially there was a phone screen by the hiring manager and then a 1:1 interview at a "neutral" location. Questions were fairly standard for sales, delving into my work experience and actual examples of how I handled challenges, obstacles, irate customers, etc. Examples are: Describe difficult situation with a customer that you resolved and how you resolved it, describe how you evaluated and selected potential customers, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Interview
It was shared in my second interview that the interview process is a 45 day process (it's more like a lifecycle) that includes 5-6 interviews, an in-the-field ride along, a PI assessment and a full background check.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cambria (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Interviewed me multiple times and a year apart and basically strung me along just to not offer me a job for a dumb archaic reason. They have posted this job and reposted for the last 2 1/2 years. Their employee retention for this position is wack, which should be a huge red flag to anyone looking for a new job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cambria (Charleston, SC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Had an initial interview with Krystel. This was a great experience. She walked through the job details well with clear and concise expectations. She gave salary expectations as well as compensation package details. The interview process was explained well.
