Interview
Several meetings with local and national sales managers. Started with phone interview. Met with hiring manager, then his manager. Also interviewed with EVP of Sales and Marketing. They provided a tour of the company's plant and other manufacturing facilities in southern Minnesota which are impressive to see. Once hired, the company provides a five week orientation/training program which covers product knowledge and lots of ride-alongs with existing reps.
