Simple enough, I knew someone at the company and they forwarded my resume, I was called later that week and set up an interview. I met my boss and was asked some basic questions, small talk, etc then i was told I'd hear back soon. I was offered a position over the phone the next week, but I needed to meet the plant manager first which was confusing because he just offered me the job.
