There is an initial screening interview virtually with HR. After, you interview with your direct report. They get back to you decently fast, which is appreciated. Overall, an average experience, however, I do feel that I was doing most of the question-asking in the second round interview and was unable to share my experience due to a lack of questions being asked towards me.
