I didn't even get to the phone screen. I had a window to call, called several times, about 10 minutes late (I explained how a meeting ran late beforehand) and was told to reschedule.
The direct email response was " I know things come up, but unfortunately, I did not receive your call at the exact time". We had 30 minutes booked, and I haven't had a phone screen take up a full 30 minutes before.
They didn't even answer the phone, I just received an email after I called 3 times.
Just a head's up, they don't call you, YOU call them. If you're a few minutes late, you get bumped. If every single minute is counted, and valued so much, why rely on someone else to initiate the conversation?
It just felt incredibly rude and I'm okay not working for a company that hires people like that. If that was going to be the environment in which I was expected to work, I'm okay not working for a company like that.
