Interview
Typical behavioral and personality questions. Started as a very casual conversation, wasn't sure there was much structure to interviewer's process or if she had a clear idea of who she was looking for. Asked some questions that seemed a tad inappropriate, such as "where would you rather work?" that made me question if the person had much experience. Followed up several times with the contact, and never heard back at all. Other than that, it was a generally standard first interview for an intern. I spoke a lot about the community and volunteer work that they do, and she seemed to like that.
