The interview went well! I made it to the 3rd round. The manager was easygoing and even though I was nervous, the conversation went well! Then I had a 2:1 interview with two current employees, and they asked me basic questions about my experience and “why should we hire you?” and they were super easy to talk to. Didn’t get the job, but that’s okay. I think my lack of accounting experience is what was a red flag for them.
