Interview
Was contacted after a career fair for an onsite interview. The company as a whole was outstanding and has lots of growth potential (company and position). Started out with breakfast, gave a 7 minute presentation, lunch and then interviewed with 3 managers separately.
This is an entry-level position designed to rotate engineers throughout the company. The requirements are sound university involvement and a degree. They understand that you have little experience.
