Had to first go through an initial interview on campus at my college. Very tough to get into the 2nd round. Only 2 of the 14 who were interviewed got to the 2nd interview. God knows how many applied for those spots. 2nd round interview is a 2 day process. 1st day is a dinner social to talk to people that work at Cameron. 2nd day you have to present your goals and accomplishments and why you are the ideal candidate for Cameron. Then you have 2 interviews with managers and a tour of one of Cameron's facilities. Took about a month to hear back from Cameron.
