I applied online. I interviewed at Cameron in Apr 2014
Interview
Simple and relaxed. No situational or behavioral questions. Mostly a feel for personality and fit. I had three separate interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and the hiring manager's supervisor.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cameron (Ploieşti) in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview process was rather quick (3 weeks), even if I held three interviews with six different people. This happened because I applied for one position and they hired me on a different position (a junior position), as I was new in the industry. People there greeted me with warmth and tenderheartedly. I felt like home from the start and they looked very enthusiastic to meet me and have me in their team even before I was made the offer. I would recommend anyone this company if the industry was not in a crisis.
